Olofsfors raise their Pink Ribbon fundraising to another level

Since 2010, Olofsfors AB, together with private individuals and companies in the forestry industry, have been raising money through the Pink Ribbon fundraiser.

400 frying pans being produced for Ukraine civil population

The Ukraine frying pan is an initiative by the coworkers at Olofsfors AB with a will to contribute to something for the people living in the war zone in Ukraine. The inspiration comes from the production of wood stoves started by several companies in Sweden. ”Our target is to have the 400 frying pans sent to Ukraine just after Easter”, says Tomas Strömberg, Production Director at Olofsfors AB.

ALL TIME HIGH – this year's collection beats all past records

A record number of people have contributed to this year's fundraiser for the Breast Cancer Association. 233 000 Swedish kronor (SEK) was the goal for this year's collection. It may seem like an odd amount, but that sum now means that Olofsfors AB, with private individuals and companies around Sweden together have gathered just over SEK 1,6 million for cancer research, since the start in 2010.

No one can do everything, but together we can make a difference

This year's fundraising for the Swedish Breast Cancer Association is already on going and in connection with Olofsfors’ open house and the 260th anniversary, the visitors raised almost 6,000 SEK. This money that goes to breast cancer research, cancer patients, survivors, and their relatives through Olofsfors fundraising at the Swedish Breast Cancer Association.

Olofsfors AB secures the roads for World Rally Championship 2022

Petter Solberg, 3-time world champion, has handed over his legacy to his son Oliver Solberg who is now the great promise of the future at only 20 years old. Oliver drives for Hyundai's Rally Team and is predicted to have a brilliant career. 10,000 miles in a car, every year, on different continents, changing road conditions and a variety of environments, means that Oliver has extensive experience of what a good rally road should look like and what are optimal road conditions.

Over 200 000 Swedish Kronor (SEK) has been collected so far this year, through the Pink Ribbon fundraiser that Olofsfors has created on the Breast Cancer Association website. Since 2010, Olofsfors has contributed 1 367 000 SEK to cancer research through the collection. The funds are spent on breast cancer research, as well as current patients, survivors and their families.
